Survivor Leaderboard
Cycles
Each cycle lasts a total of 4 weeks and the person with the most points at the end of a cycle is crowned the champion and earns a place in the Survivor Hall of Fame. The more games players play and host and the more events they participate in, the more points they earn and the higher up the leaderboard they will finish.
Each cycle also contributes towards the Survivor Season, in which each player who finishes in the top 10 of a cycle earns points towards the seasonal leaderboard. Each season lasts a total of 6 cycles and whoever sits at the top of the leaderboard at the end of the season is crowned the seasonal champion!
To put this into perspective, if a player came in 1st Place in cycle 1, was below the Top 10 in cycle 2 and cycle 3, came in 4th Place in cycle 4, was below the Top 10 in cycle 5, and came in 2nd Place in cycle 6, that player would have a total of 26 points due to earning 10 points in cycle 1, 0 points in cycles 2 and 3, 7 points in cycle 4, 0 points in cycle 5, and 9 points in cycle 6. Make sense? Good!
Weekend Events
Each weekend in a cycle there will be a special event that will award users lots of points and involve a range of activities. Some of these may include defeating the rooms auth in roll battles, completing challenges or just simply trying to get as many kills as possible. On the final weekend of each cycle will be the grande finale, Survivor Showdown, which allows players to use their points to try and get one last boost to their points total!
Deathmatches
Deathmatches are scheduled games hosted by the Survivor Auth that award more points than standard games. These can be hosted at any time in a cycle and you can check when they’ll be hosted by typing /events in the room.
Boss Battles
Similar to deathmatches, Boss Battles are special games hosted by the Survivor Auth throughout the cycle that usually involve players teaming up to take on a legendary pokemon, an auth’s mascot pokemon or any random pokemon that the host decides. These too can be hosted at any time in a cycle and you can check when they’ll be hosted by typing /events in the room.
Minigames
Minigames are special events that are different to a standard game of Survivor as they usually involve the player completing some sort of challenge, such as seeing which player can climb the highest tree or battling an army to earn points. These can be hosted at any time in a cycle and you can check when they’ll be hosted by typing /events in the room.
Points
With the new structure, every game that has a 4 person PL or more, whether it's official or not, will be worth points. Even games that are hosted by our intelligent and dependable room bot Sir Vivor will be worth points! Games hosted by Sir Vivor, however, will be worth less points for a given PL size than a game with the same PL if it were not bot-hosted. Check out the tables below to see what the point values will be:
