Prisoner's Dilemma
NBT VIII Workshop, Concept by Henka
Phase 1
Once the signups phase has closed, the host will compile a PL list and ask everyone to PM them an attack, similar to HG.
Phase 2
After the host has received all of the attacks, they will go through them one by one and ask the players whether they would like to cooperate or betray. The rolls will be based upon the option both players choose as shown on the following rolls:
Both players cooperate: +20 to their roll
One Cooperates, the other betrays: -15 (cooperator) / +30 (betrayal)
Both betray: -25 to their roll
Those who successfully make it to the next round of attacks will keep the rolls they gained the the previous round. Roll buffs are not applied until after a round ends.
The game will proceed in this format and when there are 2 people remaining in the finals, a normal roll battle will commence with their accumulated rolls to determine the winner.
Modifications
Every Decision Counts: Roll buffs are applied to every attack and not at the end of each round.
