V-Wheel and Deal
How to Play
All players choose a Pokemon single or dual type combo at the start of the game. These will not be used for boosts in specific matchups, instead they will pair with the V-Wave to potentially hurt or bolster your roll. Types and attacks will be sent to the host first, and once they have everything they will move on to the V-Wheel phase.
The V-Wheel
The host will !pick randomly from the entire player-list, and the player chosen will have the opportunity to spin. If they spin the wheel and land on the winning panel, they get the chance to choose what type they want the V-Wave to be for that round. The wheel has 5 panels, and initially, the wheel only has 1 winning panel. You can change more of the panels to winning panels (also known as V-Panels) on the wheel if you sacrifice some of your roll for that round. See the table below:
Number of winning panels | Price (in roll)
1 (out of 5) | 0
2 | 10
3 | 20
4 | 40
5 | 50
If the player wins, they select the V-Wave type and the host moves on to attacks for that round. Should the player that spins the V-Wheel not land on a winning space, then the host will move onto the V-Wave phase in order to select the V-Wave type for that round.
The V-Wave
This will be a completely randomly-selected Pokemon type (repeats are possible throughout the game,) and it will continue until the end of the round, in which the V-Wave gets re-selected.
Helpful command to copy for hosts: !pick Normal, Fire, Fighting, Water, Flying, Grass, Poison, Electric, Ground, Psychic, Rock, Ice, Bug, Dragon, Ghost, Dark, Steel, Fairy
If (one of your) type(s) is the same type as the V-Wave for that round, your roll gets boosted by 30, and if your typing is weak to the V-Wave type, then you will lose 30 to your roll for the upcoming round. If your typing is weak by 4x to the V-Wave, you will lose 30 to your roll for that round. These boosts, like the V-Wave, get reset at the beginning of each round. Once the V-Wave is selected, the host will move on to attacks.
Finals
The V-Wave will be randomized as usual, but this time both players will get an opportunity to spin the V-Wheel, in which the order they do so is also random. In the event that both players succeed at the spin they will keep alternating spins until someone fails. Players are unable to sacrifice any of their rolls to gain any winning panels when spinning the V-Wheel in the Finals. The resulting V-Wave is then applied to the final roll battle between the two.

Additional Rules
- A maximum of 3 people can share any of the same type. (This includes dual types, i.e, if there is a pure Fire type, a Dark/Fire type, and a Fire/Psychic type all in the same game, this will reach the maximum of Fire types for that game.) If you choose a type that is already being used by 3 people, you will be asked to choose a different type.
- AI is on if there are less than 8 players in the game, and it is still on for finals. (If AI happens during finals, however, you will not re-spin the V-Wheel, attacks alone will continue until one of the two dies)
- If someone chooses a type that is weak to itself (i.e, Ghost), if that type becomes the V-Wave, they will not receive the weakness modifier and will only gain their 30 from the V-Wave boost.
- During finals, when selecting the V-Wave, neither player can choose panels.
